High School Performance Training

We offer 8-, 10-, and 12-week winter programs that include:

  • Core training

  • Defensive glove work

  • Throwing progressions

  • Hitting programs

For high school athletes preparing for college, we take a 50/50 approach: athletic development and academic planning.

  • Explore schools that match their strengths

  • Communication with coaches

Outside Team Training

Need training support for your travel or club team? We can:

  • Provide space for your team to run practices

8U-14U Training

We offer small group, 6-week training sessions focused on hitting, throwing, and fielding. We start with the basics and build layer by layer.

  • Phase 1: Break down skills from the ground up

  • Phase 2: Apply skills in intermediate-level training

  • Phase 3: Bring everything together through live action and game environments
